Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging every order, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage, as this may be required for carrier claims.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent orders. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus any original shipping costs incurred.
