At Artosportz Apparel, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at the email below.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@artosportz.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@artosportz.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
